For the second straight year I've managed to get Buster the number one dog license in the town. Last year was a fluke, as I just went on the first day to get his tag so it was over with. Since I enjoyed the "bragging rights" (to Rob) of having the #1 pup in the town, I made every effort to get that title again this year. And I succeeded!
