"It's the shoes"

Rob's sister recently got a pair of toning sneakers similar to the Sketchers Shape-ups. Knowing that we like to walk around the neighborhood with Buster he thought it'd be a great idea to get a pair for the both of us. Since we weren't going to drop $200 on sneakers we found a good deal on some by Champion. So far the only thing I like about them is the extra height it gives me. I haven't noticed anything different yet but fingers crossed that in time these will put us both in better shape!
